To be billed 30 days at a time. First Payment due at time of arrival.

All of Kim’s Place is a shared living environment each with own bedrooms.

The only non shared living is a Family or Private One Student House

The student will share this house with 2 (Two) other FAA Students

Option 2: 

Long Term Two Person $45.00

Daily Rate $45.00 per person excludes food pack. 

The student will share this house with 1 (one) other FAA Student

Option 3: 

Long Term Two Person per House

House is 3-bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garages

The student will share this house with 1 (one) other FAA Student.

Daily Rate: FAA Long Term Daily Lodging Rate.
